In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be offered either (i) a full refund of course fees or (ii) the option to transfer the registration to a future course.
The organizer is not liable for any costs incurred by participants beyond the course fee itself (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa fees, or loss of earnings).
4. Insurance and Travel
Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, health insurance, and personal liability insurance covering participation in the course. The organizer accepts no responsibility for medical care or health incidents occurring during travel or during the course.

- Aggressive or inappropriate language or gestures.
- Repeatedly interrupting, disregarding group guidelines, or interfering with the learning environment.
- Damaging property, materials, or floral work created by others.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the class if their behavior negatively impacts the experience or safety of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
Participation involves the use of natural materials, sharp tools, heavy objects, physical activity, and working at heights, including the use of ladders. By enrolling, the participant acknowledges these inherent risks and agrees to release and hold harmless the organizer, its instructors, and partners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Participants expressly agree to participate at their own risk.
10. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies (especially to flowers, plants, insects), or physical limitations that could affect their participation before the course begins. All training materials, designs, concepts, photographs, videos, and other content shared during the masterclass are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Carolin Ruggaber Floral Studio.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise record any part of the course, without prior written consent from the organizer.
12. Photography and Media Release
The participant grants permission for photographs and videos taken during the course to be used by Carolin Ruggaber Floral Studio for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. A professional photographer will be on-site, and the pictures will later be shared with the participants for personal use and social media.
Participants may exercise their right not to appear in this content by indicating their preference at the end of this registration form.
13. Private Photography Policy
Participants are permitted to take and share photos of their final floral creations. However, photographing or filming the creative process, techniques, or construction methods during the course is strictly prohibited.
